Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

    • Minimum passenger age: 8 years
    • Maximum weight per jet ski: 200kg combined
    • A reasonable understanding of English is required to ensure all instructions are followed.
    • Passengers must be able to hold on independently
    • Cancellation policy - 24-hour cancellation/amendment policy applies.
    • Weather cancellations made by us will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
